1. How to Place an Order.
Ordering with us is easy. You can order in four ways:

We accept all credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Google checkout and Paypal.

International Payments
International payments can be made via cheque, Paypal, Google Checkout, Phone, bank/wire transfer and through our secure card payment server; this depends on the order, the cost and your location. See placing an international order for more information about international orders.

Cheques
Cheques made payable to 'A and D Sports Ltd'. If you're paying via check, all goods will be despatched once payment has been cleared. All cheques and bank/wire transfers must be paid in GBP Pound Sterling unless confirmed by Fit-Box in writing.

2. Types of Delivery and Delivery Costs.
Disclaimer: Please check all your order package before signing for goods to be covered. More information can be found in terms below.

We have 6 delivery options. Delivery options have a standard price which changes depending on factors:

  • 3. Basket Total (before delivery)

1 - Free Delivery
Free delivery is on all orders over £95 to the UK mainland. Free delivery is on the basket contents over £95 before delivery costs. This excludes the delivery price as an additional cost, example; if you order an item for £94 and then add Standard delivery for £7.99, despite the cost being over £95 – you still won't be entitled for free delivery.
1.a - International Free Delivery
International free delivery (outside the UK mainland; Ireland, Europe, USA and elsewhere) is available to international orders depending on the price, weight, your location and the agreement made with the international sales team. We're a friendly bunch and the sales team always try to work out the best options for delivery including free shipping. See placing an international order for more information about free international shipping delivery.
2 – Standard Delivery
Standard delivery starts from £4.99-£7.99 (depending again on delivery factors) and takes up to 5 working days to be delivered after despatch. You can expect goods within 1-3 working days the majority of the time.
3 – Next Day Before Noon
Orders must be placed a complete 24 hours before hand. The leverage time (cut off time) is 1.00pm – you must place your order before this time to have guaranteed self-assurance that your item will be despatched for next day before Noon. This applies to working days only.
4 – Next Day Before 09.30 AM
Orders must be placed a complete 24 hours before hand. The leverage time (cut off time) is 1.00pm – you must place your order before this time to have guaranteed self-assurance that your item will be despatched for next day before 09.30 AM. This applies to working days only.
5 – Saturday Before Noon
Orders must be placed a complete 24 hours before hand. The leverage time (cut off time) is 1.00pm – you must place your order before this time to have guaranteed self-assurance that your item will be despatched for next day before Noon. This applies to ordering on or before the prior Friday.
6 – Saturday Before 09.30 AM
Orders must be placed a complete 24 hours before hand. The leverage time (cut off time) is 1.00pm – you must place your order before this time to have guaranteed self-assurance that your item will be despatched for next day before 09.30 AM. This applies to ordering on or before the prior Friday.

3. Placing an International Order & International Delivery.
After adding items to your cart you can then visit the international order request form and get a delivery quote from the team.

International delivery is based again on our delivery factors:

1. Delivery Location, Delivery Time and Delivery Date (options numbered below)
2. Pallet/Parcel Weight
3. Basket Total (before delivery)

What if I have my own courier?

Some customers like to use their own courier service to collect from our plant directly. This can be arranged through the international sales team. Please ring 0870 850 1822 and state clearly your requirements.

4. Tracking an Order.

All orders can be collected from our showroom boxing shop store within the Greater Manchester area, please see this page for our address. All orders unless stated are sent through ourselves or our couriers. Some of our couriers include TNT, Parcelforce and NightFreight – tracking numbers and orders can be tracked through the couriers third-party website or through our tracking system.

Terms of Sale & Terms of Service.
Please read carefully. Your use on our website (fit-box.com) and purchases of the products (goods, or services) on the website mean that you agree to our Terms of Sales, Terms of Services and these Terms of Conditions. Fit-Box is part of the A and D Sports Ltd Company.
For clarity, we are using the abbreviations "fit-box.com", "website" and the "site" to represent and mean this site; www.fit-box.com. "Terms" and "TOC", "TOS", or "TNC" is another short word for this article; Terms of Sale & Terms of Service (section 5) of fit-box.com.

5.1 General Terms
Fit-Box may change any part of this website at any time; this includes content, imagery and data. We may at times temporarily close or restrict access to certain parts of our site for maintenance, etc.

Fit-Box may also terminate this agreement immediately, remove, cancel or suspend access to these terms and our entire network of websites, upon breach of terms or any attempt of spam/illegal activity (hacking/cracking).

If we don't enforce provision of these terms; such agreement would not be considering a continuing waiver.

These terms are between you and Fit-Box.com They may only be amended in writing. Use of Fit-Box and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
5.2 Price Terms
The price of our products is shown on fit-box.com, our prices include VAT (unless stated).

We always try to make sure that the prices on fit-box.com are accurate but errors can and do happen. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply. You then have an option to reconfirm your order or cancel it. If we cannot contact you we will refund you in full and cancel the order. Delivery prices are found on the cart page and change depending upon the options you select.

Prices are quoted in UK Pound Sterling. Your bank/credit card company/PayPal/Google Checkout should update and automatically change the currency amount if you're ordering outside the UK.

You may use the Fit-Box "currency converter" on the product pages to estimate the price in your currency. Please note that the "currency converter" is only a guide and may not accurately reflect current exchange rates. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and Fit-Box cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
5.3 Payment Agreement
You must pay for your order in full before it can be delivered.
5.3.A A Secure Payment and Paypal Ordering including Google Checkout
We aim to debit money from your account through your selected payment process. We aim to debit money from your account within one working day after receiving your order. We are not liable for any fees incurred in refunds, currency conversions, rate reductions or admin costs through Paypal, Google Checkout or SagePay.
Fit-Box.com part of A and D Sports Ltd use third-party secure software to handle payments. Your information is encrypted through our SSL secure server. Emails, notifications and your data may be handled differently on these payment providers – we are not responsible for this, nor loss of cost or loss occurred through the usage of the payment provider you handle.
www.google.com, www.paypal.com and www.sagepay.com show full terms and clear information about company and payment policies/data handling they have in process.
5.3.B Payment via Cheque, Postal order or Fax (not including cash)
Although we accept payment via cash (depending on the amount) this is only for customers visiting our showroom HQ. We may refuse cash payment but offer you to pay card via our payment machine.

Payment via Cheque, Postal order or fax (including Bank or wire transfer) is pending the agreement of the sales representative at the time. Some international customers must only make payment through PayPal/Google checkout or any other provider mention in 5.3 unless stated.

Cheques, postal orders or bank transfers must be paid and made in full before any goods will be despatched. We are not liable to handling refund fees, cancellation fees nor accept charges from failed payment attempts or bank charges; this is your (the customers) responsibility.
5.4 Misc, Vouchers and Coupons & Special Offers.
All boxing equipment "deals", such as usage of website coupons, special offers and vouchers are subject to these same terms but may and can have different rules and terms of sale applied to them.
5.4 AWe will refund all orders in full (sometimes excluding delivery) on special offers listed, provided that the goods are not damaged or have been unused (they are re-sellable). Clearance items are generally sold with a buy now contract with no returns accepted; this is generally the case as the goods are not re-sellable
5.4 BOffers and coupons on existing sites will be subject to these terms but may be in affect to alterations (we have different agreements with different sites and media services on some products).

5.4 Availability Terms
We try to keep our site as up to date as possible, but we cannot guarantee that a particular item will be available. The products listed on our site our chosen specifically for internet sale on fit-box.com; some items that are sold through Amazon and other e-retailers/distributers of our goods may be old or out-dated stock – some items may even be out of our manufacturing production.

If you place an order for an item that is unavailable – this is never the case as you can only order items in stock or in production – but in the scenario that the item goes out of stock whilst taking your payment; we will contact you via phone or email to arrange re-order of alternative goods or you may cancel the order for a full refund. If we cannot contact you will the details you supply we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.(Payment can be delayed for several days outside of our control)
5.5 Delivery Terms
Disclaimer: Be sure to sign for your goods AFTER expecting the goods fully from your order. Visit TNT delivery terms and conditions on the TNT website for more information to be protected under the refund policy.

As mentioned before delivery prices are confirmed after selecting items in your basket. You will be given shipping options to pick from; some are free shipping options and some aren't.

Please note: We may not be able to refund you for your order if you return goods to us that are not in a resalable condition. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to Fit-Box; as stated in Payment and Delivery sections of this document – these include fees and charges.

Fit-Box offers a range of delivery services depending on the address we are delivering to. For Mainland UK addresses we offer Standard Delivery (1-3 days) and Express Next Delivery (next working day via courier). Please see the Checkout page for details on these services for your postcode. Each Product has a link on the product page stating the estimated delivery time for that Product and you should refer to these for more details about usual delivery times.

Some couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Order between these hours. (Applies to standard shipping and not Express shipping before 9.00 AM) We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on fit-box.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your Order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-4 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

Please Order from Fit-Box with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Fit-Box cannot be responsible for this.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
5.6 Copyright, Site Usage, Cookies and Data Protection
The copyright in fit-box.com and the content of all the software, web site and pages relating to the fit-box.com web site is owned by, or licensed to Fit-Box, unless otherwise specified and may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent.

Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of Fit-Box.com, all photographs on it and its marketing materials. Copyright and patents and patent pending applies/may apply to products including artwork and branding; slogans, designs, concepts etc.

You may use fit-box.com for private and personal non-commercial use only - i.e. to view, copy and print portions of fit-box.com for the sole purpose of placing Orders. The materials on fit-box.com may not be used for any other purpose.

Fit-Box, fit-box.com and our logos are trade names or trademarks of A and D Sports Ltd and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission. We are owners for a registered trademark in the name "Fit-Box" and we are also the owners of unregistered trade mark rights in them; not limited to "FitBox", "Fit-Box.com".

All your information is transmitted through our secure servers. We only use cookies for tracking of orders and viewing customer sessions; where we record customer videos and interaction on our site; including site monitoring for analytics and internal business development and research. No information is linked to any IP address that we would share with a third-party. We never sell nor will sell e-mails on our newsletters. We use Google Analytics, ClickTale, GetClicky, Visual Web Tracker and other third-party tools at times to view website usage.

Cookies are destroyed after an order has been placed. Orders are linked to an IP for fraud protection but are stored on encrypted databases. Your credit card information is encrypted but we do not store any information; the only information we store is the name on the card. Postcode, address and telephone as well as email is also stored on encrypted databases for purpose of order management only. Email subscription is on a separate database.

You can write to us at any time to view information about your orders and see what information we have stored under the Freedom of Information act and Data Protection Act. Fit-Box, DP & Intel, Golden Works, James Hill Street, OL15 8AE. There may be an admin fee applied and postage costs to cover the expenditure.

6. Returns Policy & Cancellations.
We believe strongly that you will be delighted with our product and services but realise that there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. This does not affect your statutory rights. We try to attend all returns as soon as possible. Product returns direct at our Head Offices are not acceptable. If you want to discuss a different arrangement then please contact us and ask for specialist HQ returns on 0870 850 1822.

Returns are split into three sections.

  • - 6.1 Unwanted Products (Custom Made)
  • - 6.2 Unwanted Products
  • - 6.3 Faulty Products

6.1 Unwanted Products (Custom Made)
Due to the nature of bespoke custom manufactured products, we are unable to offer our 30 day money back guarantee. They're not subject to right to cancel. Some items have a 7 day notification period for cancellation on orders and you shall be responsible for the cost of the return. Restocking fees may be applied at £25 or greater on bespoke equipment.

Custom products fall under warranty like all other items we have. Different warranty policies apply on each item. Full refunds may not be available for custom made products unless faulty or damaged in production.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
6.2 Unwanted Products
6.2.A
If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P *not applied to free delivery.).Unused condition means clearly; an item that can be re-sold (it is a resalable product). You may suffer loss of refund if the case that the packaging is damaged including instructions, missing fixings etc. Restocking fees may be applied at £25
6.2.B
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. This includes refund payments placed back through to PayPal, Google Checkout and Amazon Web Services.
6.2.C
You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products. Restocking fees may be applied at £25
6.2.D
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Products excluded such as these are clearly marked on the product information page.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6.3 Faulty Products
6.2.A
We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you Ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt.
6.2.B
In these circumstances we may also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs (Confirm with customer services beforehand). Restocking fees may be applied at £25
6.2.C
For help with items later than 30 days after your initial purchase please email us for more information. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

7. Fit-Box Responsibilities.

6.A
For general terms you may wish to view 5.1 General T&Cs.
6.B
Fit-Box has tried to make the descriptions (including all pictures) of the Products as accurate as possible but you should check the dimensions stated on fit-box.com or contact us for exact sizes.
6.C
Fit-Box shall insure Ordered Products at their retail value whilst being delivered to you. Please check the delivered Products as soon as possible on receipt as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.
6.D
Fit-Box will provide its services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of any other person's services.
6.E
Because of the nature of the Internet Fit-Box provides and maintains fit-box.com on an "as is", "as available" basis and makes no promise that use of fit-box.com will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
6.F
Our website contains links to other websites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.
6.G
Except as provided above we can give no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6.H
You will be responsible for any breach of these terms by you and if you use Fit-Box.com in breach of these terms you will be liable to and will reimburse fit-box.com for any loss or damage caused as a result.
6.I
These terms above shall not limit any rights you might have as a consumer that may not be excluded under applicable law nor shall they exclude or limit fit-box.com' liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence nor any fraudulent representation.
6.J
Fit-Box will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
6.K
Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your Products carefully. Fit-Box is not involved in the manufacture of Products and will not advise on their use or operation or the manufacturer's guidelines. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
6.L
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer which is available to you.
6.M
Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit-Box excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Fit-Box and Fit-Box shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
  • 1. Any incorrect or inaccurate information on Fit-Box.com;
  • 2. Any interruptions to or delays in updating Fit-Box.com;
  • 3. The infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their use of Fit-Box.com or any Product purchased through Fit-Box.com;
  • 4. Any loss or damage resulting from your use or the inability to use the Fit-Box.com web site or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control;
  • 5. Any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong;
  • 6. Any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user's computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading Fit-Box.com, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from Fit-Box or its licensees and affiliates;
  • 7. The availability, quality, content or nature of the other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties ("External Sites") to which Fit-Box.com link and web sites located on or through any External Site nor for any transactions involving External Sites (including as to 'cookies', personal data, confidential information, or purchases of domain names or other services). You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links, web site or transactions;
  • 8. All representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.
