The 3ft Punch bag is ideal for use by Ladies, juniors and Amateurs who are looking to keep fit or who are interested in becoming involved in the sport of boxing. Smaller and lighter than the rest of the range this bag weighs approximately 24kg and is particularly suitable for areas where space is tight.
The 3' bag comes with a commercial guarantee and is suitable for both boxing club and home use. It is manufactured using a very tough and durable Polyurethane (PU) material, a very affordable price for a bag of commercial quality.

4ft Punch bags are one of our most popular boxing bags we sell, they are in terms of size and weight a great all round boxing bag. All though they are the same in size and weight the PU and leather punch bags differs in other ways;the PU is suitable for home or commercial use but it's not as durable and long lasting as the leather punch bag. Our the leather punch bags are constructed from the finest cow hide leather, which we recommend for commercial gym use where rigorous day to day use takes place and they come with swivel punch bag chains as standard.

Daddy / Heavy Punch Bags
Description
At just over 18" in diameter the daddy heavy bag is for the big hitters out there. At 4ft in length this bag is recommended for boxing as opposed to martial arts, weighing in at 40 –45kg, this helps keep the bag steady when punching and training for power punches. Both the PU and leather bags are for commercial use but we always recommend the leather punch bag when in a commercial gym/ boxing gym getting lots of use, or for the more fanatical home use gyms. In our opinion the leather bag in the long run works out more cost effective.

The angle bag/upper cut bag is a more specialist bag to help improve technique and movement, great for improving upper cuts and body shots and getting in close to the punch bag as demonstrated in our boxing video. Generally accepted as a must have in most boxing gyms. We always recommend the leather upper cut bag as opposed to the PU when used in boxing gyms, health clubs etc. Leather punch bags are more durable and long lasting, in our opinion the leather bag in the long run work out more cost effective.
