Complete protection from bruises and cuts; including most soft tissue damage. Used mostly in the amateur scenes. TIP The head guard does not offer complete protection against fatal KO and stunning hits. This is a common myth, although the head guard offers some protection from blows, it can leave people with false hope assuming that wearing one, they are completely protected.
