The Different Types of Punch Bags and what they are for
Specialist Bags
The Specialist Bag allows a different variation to each part of the session. You can easily rotate, move and use the bag to your training advantage
- Upper Cut, Lower Cut - Training with the angle bag allowing you to train on different punching techniques
- Power Punching and Jabbing - As well as working on all punching techinques including power hits, power shots and long shots the bags allow you to work on short burst jabbing and long jabbing!
