Straight Bags
Fit-Box has a range of straight punching bags which are based in leather and PU material. Our range includes Olympic sized and AIBA approved guidelines. The bags themselves come in a common typical size range which caters to clubs and home users – the size vary from 3ft, 4ft and 5ft. Straight bags are great for kicking practice, high kicking and low kicking. The bag allows the boxer to focus more on kicking than any other bag (even though angle bags have spacing for knee focus) which is again great for your MMA, karate and kick boxing. Improving kicking, fight kicking, high kicking in any marshal arts sport, a punching bag is a great piece of kit.

Angle Bags
Angle cut and specialist punch bags allow different variations of training per session. The bags can easily be rotated and moved to have full usage to your advantage. Upper cut, lower cut – specialist bags like the angle cut bag allow you to train and work on different punch and kicking techniques. This is why we mention the bag can be great for use in martial’s arts, mixed martial arts (MMA) and sports like muathai. As well as working on your punching routine you can use the bag to work on kicking, reach, short and long stride power hits – better practice on jabbing too because of the size difference between the shape of the bags.

How are the punch bags made?
All punch bags are produced in our UK factory, this gives us many advantages over everyone else - that perhaps import their products from outside of the UK resulting in a more mass produced end product with less quality adherence and standards testing on the end product. Importantly we have full control as to what goes in our bags, we use a mixture of filling materials that include cotton and tight fabrics, these are filled using a highly efficient and powerful ram which gives us a very even and well filled bag. Therefore giving you even continuity in the bag and weight.

Heavy Duty Based Bags
Heavy punch bags are designed for high end blows, power punching and grappling. You can attach these with one of our heavy duty based brackets and expect great "all out" sessions. The bag can handle the most powerful punches, blows, kicks and jabs that you can manage; they are excellent for an overall martial arts/boxing punch bag. They are not great for space and movement though. These bags are great for commercial use.

Standing Bags
Free standing bags are great when trying to fit a punch bag in your house is a problem. They are the most durable, strong, and long lasting material that we produce. Free standing bags in general are great pieces of boxing equipment and are essential to the very core of boxing itself.
Only free standing bags can give you the 360 degrees full action – you can role play and picture your target – move and be in free training mode.
They are extremely flexible and tough – the shock absorb and suspension system allows for a realistic response per timing, per hitting zone (the response depends on the position you hit the bag – the top position reaction is different from the bottom due to intelligence engineering) and per force of the actual punch.
Storage, space, size and weight – they are easy to setup and to put away. Fit-Box free standing bags can be filled with sand and weights.

Speed ball Bags
Speedbags are small air-filled pressured leather based (sometimes PU and other materials) tight bags which are placed below a ceiling or flat rebounding platform which is above the ground. The idea is that when the bag is hit, the ball rebounds off the platform and directly back to the boxer in order gain speed and a rhythm going. The faster the speed the more bounces to the hand (and back) increase and improve hand-eye coordination as well as incredibly fast judgement which can be used as great intuition in the ring.
